We at Postal Balloons take security seriously. We use industry leading SSL technology to encrypt credit card details. Our payments are processed by RealEx Payments a leading European payment security company.

Returns & Replacements
Our return policy is handled on a case by case basis. In the unusual event you are not satisfied with your order please let us know within within 24 hours of the delivery. After 24 hours it is very difficult for us to determine if the quality of the product was compromised prior to the delivery or if the quality was compromised after the delivery due to neglect or improper care.
Rest assured, we will do everything we can to resolve any quality issues to your satisfaction. The resolution may include a replacement and/or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please note that latex balloons typically last only 12-24 hours. This is normal as latex is a porous material and cannot hold helium for any more than 12-24 hours. Depending on local conditions, such as temperature and humidity, some latex balloons will only last 8-12 hours. This is also normal behavior for latex balloons. We will not be able to consider any type of replacement or refund for latex balloons unless they last for under 8 hours.

Order Notification

You will be sent an email notification that your order has been received shortly after reaching the Order Confirmation screen. This email will summarise the full details of your order - including confirmation of recipient and card message. This will be sent to the e-mail address you provided within the 'Your Details' section of the order form. We would advise you to print and retain this information. Your order confirmation will contain an individual order number. If you need to call us about your order please ensure you have this order number ready as it allows us to find the details of your order easily.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All product prices are quoted in UK £. For international orders, your balloon order will be filled to value based on current currency exchange rates. In the event we cannot fill your balloons gift order for the amount quoted, you will be contacted via e-mail.

Viewing Orders & My Account Area
Registering for the My Account service is free and allows you to recall your personal information when visiting us again, making it faster to place future orders. There is also an address book to store your recipients details, together with a log of orders previously placed. You may also check the status of an order in your account area. This is not a ralltime service but is available the following day. I am afraid we do not have a facility to check postal flowers only courier delivery and same day deliveries.
Note - you do not have to have an account to make an order.

Updating Account Information
The site provides the ability for you to maintain and update your details. PostalBAlloons.Com will use the information provided to us to assist us in delivering your order. As a result it is important that you maintain your information so that we can process order correctly and that items are sent to the intended location.
